Hey. I'm a RN with 1 year of experience in need of a job. I have BLS/ACLS and an unrestricted license. I am interested in PACU, OR, ICU, or Med/Surg. I'm willing to relocate. I'm very flexible with my schedule/pay.

PM me and I can provide a resume.

Specializes in Psychiatric Nurse.

i wish it could be done...but, finding a job is not as easy as putting a post on the allnurses.com website. i think the same way you put "partial" experience in your thread you should probably put just as much effort...and even more...in doing some foot work (i.e. internet work) to find a job.

i noticed that you did not indicate if you were unempbloyed/laid off, etc. nor did you indicate your reason for seeking employment. while this is none of anyone's business, it would have been helpful since you are asking individuals you do not know to provide you with information about available nursing positions.

since you are willing to relocate you may want to try reviewing this website.

http://www.theagapecenter.com/hospitals/index.htm

this is a website of all hospitals in the u.s., canada and virgin islands. when you access the site, you will also see (on the left-hand side of the screen) links to specialty hospitals (i.e., military hospitals, children's hospitals, cancer hospitals, psych hospitals, teaching hospitals). when you select a state, or country, you will see a listing of hospitals. you can click on any hospital link and be routed to the hospital's internet website. from there, just access their employment/jobs/careers section and start perusing their job openings. most hospitals have the capability of letting you set-up an online resume which allows you to apply to multiple positions and not have to repeatedly reenter resume information.

i would also suggest you contact the nurse recruiter for each hospital of interest and begin building repoire with that individual. you may have to make multiple calls before you speak to anyone but you will be surprised how honesty, good communication and feedback can help you land a job!

when i first started to look for a job, i always wondered "what" hospitals were "where" in the u.s (state/city/county). with a bit of internet searching, i found the agape website. there are more sites available that contain a listing of hospitals; however, i found the agape site to be the most useful.

i hope this information is helpful to you...and any others who may have an interest in knowing about other hosptials in the u.s/canada/virgin islands.

there is a job out there waiting for you.

good luck with your job search!
