Are you referring to completing an RN to BSN program? If so, most of those programs will actually require a nursing license to attend. You are eligible to take NCLEX after completing the ADN or diploma program
If you mean after completing part of a pre-licensure BSN program, then no. All of those classes will be required before you can take NCLEX-RN. Depending on the state, there is a small number where you can sit for NCLEX-PN and be grant an LPN/LVN license. Both the school and the state must allow it- the majority do not.

Hi friends, I am currently taking prereqs for the ADN program. I was a little unsure if I should go straight for my BSN which I know would take longer, but at the same time, I would like to work as a Nurse sooner. My question is does anyone know if you can take the RN NCLEX while in the BSN program after you have finished required nursing classes and clinical hours?
