RN license after application expire

Hi everyone,

I have my BSN from Saudi Arabia, I moved to U.S to pursue my education. I got my MSN in 2015. I applied to IL nursing board in 2013. My application has expired in March 2016.

Now I want to retake the NCLEX and get the nursing board.

so, what are the steps that I have to do now? Should I start from the beginning and apply for CGFNS report.

I have tried many times to contact with the nursing board in IL but I failed. I live outside U.S right now.

Any advise. I appreciate your help.
