RN graduated from FL school

I graduated from a program that is NOT under investigation. I am from NY. I haven't received my ATT yet. 

My school is approved by the state of Florida and Maryland. Should I take the NCLEX in Maryland? I am worried NYBON will hold up my file even if I pass the NCLEX and I will be stuck for months not able to practice in NY state or out of state.

Please offer some input. TIA.
