Well there are many uses for the use of O- arm in spine surgery. Selective use of the device, only where it is felt it will truly impact outcome. I am not that expert but you can have a consult of some experts at spinal fusion NJ.
i am a precepting rn but it so happens my preceptor is head of spine team(so I am seeing 2-4 cases a day x 5 days a week) and after two weeks I am circing the cases by myself and have FA in two L4to S2 decompression and fusions using meditech implants with O arm. (i am also scrub tech). if you have a specific question i may be able to help.

Hello! I need to connect with RN first assistants with experience in spinal fusion cases, specifically, using Stealth with c-arm and o-arm. If anyone has this expertise, please let me know. I'd love to talk with you. I have some questions.
Thanks very much!
