RN to BSN without clinical component

I am wondering if anyone knows of any online RN to BSN programs that do not include a clinical component. All of the ones I've seen so far seem to have at a minimum some clinical "capstone project" at the end if not more despite billing themselves as online programs. I want to get my BSN but I will be outside of the USA for an extended period of time and the country I'll be in requires a minimum of a BSN to obtain a RN license so it's not as though I could do anything remotely clinical.
