RN to BSN regional vs national accreditation

I am looking into an RN to BSN program. Looking into some programs that are regionally accredited but not nationally  (galen) but I want if I ever moved somewhere outside of the area where that school is accreditated if employers wouldn't accept take my BSN. I know where I live now in Texas no one really cares where your degree is from but I'm wondering if I ever moved to California or Massachusetts if it would matter if it's not part of the region galen is accreditated.
