Hi there! Anybody here who has worked for RMC?

I have a pending application for their IVT training but sadly, even the nurses at the Nursing Director's Office do not know when will the next IVT class be. They just asked me to sign-up in a logbook and then regularly check with them for the schedule of the next class. It's been 3 weeks since I went there and the reason I want to take my IVT training with them is because first, I live 10 minutes away from the hospital and second, I was told by one of the nurses in RMC that once you're done with the IVT training, you'll be hired as a volunteer nurse as well. It will run for 6 months and then you'll be assessed if the institution could hire you as one of their employees.

Can someone verify this? I might visit RMC this afternoon to check the schedule.

Any input will be highly appreciated. :)

Actually there is an exam and a panel interview before you will be accepted as a nurse trainee...

I'm sorry but I didn't get that last part. Are you trying to say that on your last day of IVT training with RMC you had an exam and interview or you had the exam and interview just recently?

hello... thank you for answering my questions. still i have few questions left..:D

when did you pass your resume, and when did they call you to have exam and panel interview and do you have backer?....

how do you find your exam and panel interview last day? was it hard?...would you mind sharing it...

thanks a lot lot Mr. anthony...:D

i passed my resume, end week of may.

Yes the exam was hard most especially the community, OB and pediatric nursing. they will also require you to make a nursing care plan using DAR and SOAPIE.

About the panel interview, they ask question from the area of their expertise..
