Hi everyone! Thought to start a forum for Riverside Community Hospital's staRN program that starts in September 2024. Let's keep each other updated or if anyone hears back for interviews.

Has anyone heard back from ED? I shadowed almost 2 weeks ago.. 😔 praying it isn't over yet for me !

Someone posted the ended of last week that they got one, I just barely got a an automatic withdrawal around that time for ED (I chose ICU). 

A freind spoke to the HR and she said they are "still working on the document and to be patient". I'm sure if you haven't gotten an automatic withdrawal by none they will be getting to you shortly since it's much easier to just send out the "No's" than make the packets for the "yes's".

I also am waiting to hear back from ER! It's been crickets 🦗 LOL I hope we get an update soon!!

The wait has been painful 🫠🫠. But I'm grateful we haven't received negative emails 🤷‍♀️... so I'm hopeful for us both! LOL

Someone mentioned that they only had only two spots for ICU earlier in the thread,do you guys know what is the source of that information or is it just hearsay?

At the hiring event they mentioned something about having about 5 spots for ICU and about 8 for step down. Although, I don't know how accurate that is.

I called HR today to see if they could give me an update because I don't have a direct # to the ED manager & they said they're going to send her an email and ask for an update! So I'll update here once I know more 🤞🏼
