I just like to start a new thread for spring 13 cohort. Currently, I'm invited to take the TEAS test on Friday, Nov 9th (update: just received an email that date has been changed to 16th). For those of you that applied for spring 13, let's keep all related info on this thread and I will help out if you got any questions.
Good luck on the test!
Malia we need to study together on weekends or whenever and our kids can play. I have a 4 yr old and 8 mo old. My 4 yr old is perfectly comfortable playing with girls. All his cousins are girls lol. I am a sort of stay at home mommy too. I work part time because my job offers excellent health benefits for my whole family. So unfortunately I have to keep working. Im really nervous about that. What ages are your girls ?
My oldest turns four this week and my little one just turned 2. I would love to study. I'm just way out here in Temecula though! So how do you plan on working and going to school? The school schedule is so wacky, the whole rotating clinical hours was really hard for me when finding Childcare. I had to put them in full time daycare and it's soo costly
Wow u live far :). Luckily I live a few blocks from school. I chose cohort b so that I could have mondays off. Basically I will be working mon fri and sat. I plan on taping lectures and listening to them in the car and at home while cooking or getting ready for work etc. I plan on reading in the evenings when kids are asleep and on my breaks at work. Im terrified cuz I know this is going to be an insane amount of studying and work.
I feel for both of you...I have 2 daughters, a 2 1/2 year old and an 8 month old. They will probably go between daycare and staying with my mother-in-law. I chose cohort B also so I would only have to worry about child care 4 days a week instead of 5. I have a feeling I will be having study nights that go at least until midnight quite often. So worth it though! I can't wait to get started :)
