Hope won't get in trouble for cross posting, but notice appeared recently in S.I. Advance of June Olsen's passing. 

Professor Olsen frequently taught med dose calculations, but even if she wasn't your instructor for that class, you probably used textbooks or other material on subject authored by herself.
