Members are discussing various topics related to Rio Hondo College's nursing program, including county criminal checks, course prerequisites, curriculum changes, commuting to campus, faculty quality, and creating a group chat or Facebook page for their cohort. There are also questions about TEAS scores, clinical paperwork submission, and the significance of having a bachelor's degree and high science GPA for acceptance into the program.
Thought I'd start this thread since I haven't seen one yet!

I doubt it, I'm pretty sure my application was ineligible because I sent them my second TEAS score which was my first passing one. I probably have to reapply. I still haven't gotten anything tho.

you did not get rejected yet so hope. me, I already know it but just threw my application in just in case. I already got into my number 1 choice school so I know how stressful it is to wait for results. plus schools always take the first passing score, not the first TEAS score.

im everywhere because applied at 11 schools😂 I say cast your net wide so you have more chances of getting in if you just want to be an RN. if you're really gunning for a specific school, its another story

hahahahahaha we're on the same page. I totally get it. I'd rather wait than be 100k in debt at WCU. I'm orange county based, I definitely expanded my options even to the IE and LA schools. Congrats on getting into your #1 school! I'm an alternate for a few so we'll see what happens. Best of luck in RN school!
