Rio Hondo ADN Fall 2014

Published

For those of you that applied to the ADN program at Rio Hondo for the Fall of 2014, have you heard back yet?

Good luck to you all at Rio! I got accepted at Mount Sac so I'll be attending their program instead.

Good luck to you too!

I've turned in all my paperwork! Just waiting for my CRN number for ADN 151 !

That was pretty quick. Did you have to go to the nursing department to show them the fire card and CBC?

I didn't see too many Rio Hondo students at white memorial hospital yesterday. Did any of you go?

I already had my titers and immunizations up to date so that was easy for me. Just needed the CBC and the physical done along with the fire safety card. I turned all the paperwork into the nursing office. I saw a few students from Rio at White's.

I have mine the same day as well! Is yours during the evening? They only accept 8? :o Where did you hear/read this from? Yes, I have completed all of my transfer units to a university except English 104. Cal State LA actually requires English 104 to graduate from their university, but I've heard that it isn't a requirement to enter their program. That would be the only class that I need. What about you?

I attend Southwest and we also have the bridge with CSULA. We have about 8 students starting this summer. They have a crazy schedule, but it is well worth it.

I'm concurrently attending CSUDH and have an "in" on my BSN, so i am not interested in the bridge program. Plus CSUDH is close to my house and an online program.

Good luck to you guys! I should be in my 3rd semester this fall. It's hard work, but I'm still so excited.

hey i just got in to rio hondos adn program and am wondering how the adn 151 class works? do we take it first semester with other classes??
