REX ED in Raleigh

Hello, all. Looking to relocate to the Raleigh area. I have an interview at Rex for their ED. I also have applications in at Duke Raleigh and WakeMed in Raleigh and Cary. I have seen some updated threads, but wanted some opinions on the working conditions in the EDs. I have been in the ED for two years, and two different hospitals. Both lacking techs, help, long waits, etc. So looking for some realistic expectations for working in some of these facilities. Thanks everyone!

    Duke Raleigh is a small hospital and I have a lot of friends that work there and LOVE it. WakeMed is the largest and other than big Duke in Durham, it probably gets the most people (drunks, psych, gsw). It is horrible to go there as a pt (although, they have a separate peds ED that is the bomb!!!!) Rex is somewhere in between.
