I took the nclex-PN few weeks ago & i used saunders nclex-RN 5th ed and i passed. Now, i need to study for NCLEX-RN which im about to take in a few months. Should i get the latest saunders or is the 5th ed enough to study for the nclex rn??

Saunders does not give you NCLEX level questions. I think it is great for reviewing content but I would advise Lippincott Q&A, PDA by LaCharity and Kaplan if you can afford it.
I have those books too! Just wondering if i shoud get the updated/newer version. Anyway, thanks! :)

I agree with PP. Saunders is good for content but not questions. I would recommend HURST review and PDA by LaCharity. That's all I studied and passed first time.

Don't spend your money on the new 6th edition purple Saunders. It is merely 96% the same as the yellow book. I had the yellow book, and nclex updated the month before we graduated. So after I didn't pass the first time I purchased the new purple thinking it would be updated. It's the same. So now I just have a copy for my car and one for home lol good luck!!!
Yay thanks!! :) goodluck to you too :)
Yea im using saunders just for the content. I read it cover to cover last year and i wanna read it again to refresh my memory. I also have kaplan, lacharity, lippincott's alternate formate questions, plus some free online q&a
