Reverse triage

Hey, Im learning about reverse triage and im having trouble figure out how to prioritize victims in their correct priority levels like yellow, red etc. do you guys have any websites I could visits that have good nclex questions or practice questions in general?

The only place I've ever seen triage done and colors has been in EMS. I've never run across it or heard of it in the nursing world, matter-of-factly we always have to trying get the ER nurses to understand our tags during training Now that's regular triage, reversed triage would be done in very specific circumstances such as lightning strikes where cardiac arrest victims who would normally be triage is level four would now be prioritized level ones because of the specific circumstances of the injury.

That is to say I'm not really sure what you're asking here, and I'm almost sure it won't be a NCLEX question

I can't see any NCLEX questions on this topic either. big al, if I'm understanding correctly here, the reverse triage happens in the hospital where patients are being assessed for who can be discharged/transferred to a lower level of care to make space for the incoming mass casualties.
