Returning CNA need help/advice for exam

Haven't worked as a CNA in 3+ years and wanting to go back. I already took classes and just need to take the final exam. Where can I study for the written and the skills part? I am more worried about the skill part of the exam because I need to practice them hands on instead of watching videos. Where can I find a place to do this?

I would think whoever it was that taught the class would be able to help with finding a way to practice for the skills test. When I took the class, we were able to come back and practice our skills in the "lab".
