Retaking B courses - Pairing Micro with English

Hello ,

 I'm making a plan for the fall I am planning on retaking two of my B courses to try to make my application more competitive. Would taking Microbiology with English be a doable thing? I mainly want to take micro because I didn't do well as I would like on the final.
