There is no need to apply for licensure again. You need to re-register, pay the fee, wait for your ATT, and schedule for the test.

Where to re-register?in Pearson Vue? I heard that there's a re-application form to submit on the BON, and pay 75 dollars, is it true?

Re-register with Pearson Vue (n-clex $200), no fees to the BON.

I AM ALSO GOING TO RETAKE.

HERE'S WHAT I KNOW,YOU HAVE TO FILL OUT THAT FORM FROM YOUR BON FOR RETAKE, AND WAIT FOR YOUR ELIGIBILITY TO REGISTER.I TOOK MINE LAST SEPT. AND FAILED.I HAVE'NT MAILED YET TO MY BON MY RETAKE APPLICATION.

THERE'S A FEE TO RETAKE AND IT IS ON THAT APPLICATION FORM.

ARE YOU NOW READY TO RETAKE? IN MY CASE, AFTER THAT FAILURE, I NEED MORE TIME TO STUDY AGAIN SERIOUSLY, AND CONDITION MYSELF.
