I also got accepted to the program:) I filled out my FAFSA and im finishing up my last semester at Harper. I am excited but a little scared :)

Any advice from former resu students?

resU is a horrible school and I would seriously think about going pretty much anywhere else. its not hard the way you think a nursing program should be. the teachers and administrators are horrible people that make your life there miserable. the academics are too easy--they won't teach you anything. you won't get all your clinical hours---so you won't have much experience when you "graduate". last semester, there was no pharm class--they fired the teacher and the students had to teach themselves. the teachers are incredibly sensitive and need to remind you constantly that you are worthless. some will actually laugh and clearly enjoy failing you. AVOID that place!

Do you just go on every resu post and talk bad about it? I mean I have seen no one else complain and have been to orientation where students currently enrolled have said nothing but great things. Yeah it's hard but no one wants a nurse that just flew by in school to take care of them.

I I got an email with the acceptance letter attached. And then about a week or so later I got an actual letter in the mail.

Hi Vittoriea, I received a phone call along with an email afterwards informing me that I was accepted into the evening program. A week later, I received the letter in the mail.

Memory's_blackhole is just a troll:sarcastic:.... Anyways Vittoriea I got a call from my assigned counselor and then an email that same day and got a the acceptance packet in the mail a week later..... Have you guys started doing your titers and health stream quizzes yet or ordering your scrubs??
