Resume help!

Published

Hello, can someone please help me with my resume! I have been an RN for one year as of November and I am hoping to get a hospital position. I started out on long term care/ short term rehabilitation, I recently moved and am currently working as a Psychiatric RN on a forensic unit. My dream job is in a hospital, I'd like to start out on a med-surg floor to gain needed experience. I've listed all of my work experience, However I am not sure how to list them or which ones to take out. I need help minimizing what I have and leaving things I should keep. Also I am unsure if I should keep my clinical experience on my resume or the skills at the beginning. Any help will be much appreciated
