hello everyone. i was wondering if i could get some help with my resume. i have no idea what i'm doing, and i have no clue if what i have is any good. i only have 8 months experience as a nurse, so i feel like i'm trying to just add fluff to make my resume look good. i don't know if i have too many examples of skills. any tips? oh and sorry the formatting didn't copy over like i actually have it, so it may not look quite right.

need stronger objective statement to set yourself apart from competition who use similar phrasing. i'd combine first and last summary of qualification statements:
use evidence based practices to provide quality nursing care.
i'd drop 2nd line of clinical experience as all bsn nursing students have those rotations. not all have nursing programs have practicum -want that to be clearly seen. focus on professional experience that you have -nicely outlined under nursing skills, to avoid appearing as new nursing graduate.
correct license certification section.
certification is:
licensure, on the other hand, is the state’s grant of legal authority, pursuant to the state’s police powers, to practice a profession within a designated scope of practice.
instead list: indiana rn license + dates.
current thinking is not to list license # on resume so if resume goes astray, no one can get hold of your number. employeers can verify online in most states under name + will verify against license copy provided at interview.
