Restorative Nursing.....Need help!!

Help! I am a LPN in a subacute/longterm center. I was a floor nurse for 2 years and now have been "promoted" to RESTORATIVE nurse. I have no one to train me, I need info on restorative programs....seminars...advice...etc! I am responsible for noting declines in residents ADL's and writing programs to "restore" them to their prior level of function. Kind of like therapy, but without Medicare A! I also do B/B evals and initiate retraining, care plans re: B/B and restorative, and MDS Section H and P3. Please Help!!!! Thanks
