Hello all,

I have been working as a unit educator for quite awhile and am moving into a faculty educator role. Does anyone have any resources or text they recommend? I've looked through the archives and can't find what I'm looking for. Any guidance is greatly appreciated!

    I recommend you join the Association for Professional Nursing Development. They have loads of resources.

    Perhaps your preceptor (hope you hve one!) can assist. Good luck.
