With the vast array of knowledge learned in nursing school, I know it's an impossible feat to remember everything! But there are things a nurse should know by heart when she hits the floor (symptoms of shock, what to do if BP falling and such). Does anyone know of any books that are geared towards this type of knowledge without being crowded with additional knowledge? Or are there any books that are geared towards scenerios only and then rationale as to what to do in the given scenerio?
Thank You!
