Hello everyone:
I started a new thread with for all the future RNs and New Graduates that are looking for strategies and approaches, other resources that can be used to practice and be more ready to pass the CRNE exam. Feel Free to post your own strategies to support our future colleague to pass this exam. Online tools and websites!!
I just found this blog from facebook, they talk about the crne specifically and post crne practice questions. I thought it was interesting.

There are tons of posts on this site already with strategies and tips to pass the CRNE. All you need to do is use the search function.
I know that there are tons of posts about crne strategies, I read all the threads, I went to University : I know how to research. This is specifically for people that are looking for support to pass the CRNE and people that would like to help the future candidates with approaches and once they log in in this website for nurses, it is right there for them.
I want to see more graduates succeed in this exam, like I did, remain positive and never give up :)
I would like to share the approach that I use to pass my crne exam:
1. First of all I exercise for 20 minutes before I started my day, this helps to promote circulation throughout our bodies.
2. Study between 4-8 hours per day, had breakfast with a cup of coffee, took breaks every hour, had snacks, and lots of fluids.
3. Some well know resources: CRNE Prep Guides 3rd, 4th, 5th editions (600
Questions)
CRNE Practice exam from the Canadian Nursing
Association (100 Questions)
Mosby's Comprehensive Review for Canadian RN
Exam 1st edition( Quick Review all chapters)
Mosby's Prep Guide for the Canadian RN Exam
1st and 2nd edition (4000 questions)
Lippincott CRNE prep guide ( 1000 questions)
Review College Practice Standars: Ethics
Medication, Documentation, Infection Control,
Nurse-client therapeutic relationship, Decisions
about procedures and authority, Restraints,
Resucitation.
You can also do google search for online
that have credibility and authority, info about
infectious diseases such as hepatities,
mrsa, c-difficile etc.
Good Luck!!!:)
