Resigning before 3 months probation ends?

Good morning guys I just want to ask about your opinion about this. This is my second job I work in a LTC facility and they have other branches all over NYC. I'm not happy with the facility im in. I feel like they are draining me and they are so strict, it's like they are watching everything i do its suffocating me. At my first job it was a lot better (still working there) when my shift ends im still happy the only reason i applied to this new job is its closer to home.

I just want to know if it will affect me applying to the other branches that they have if ever I resign to this facility without finishing my probation persiod.
