Residency/Internships @ UNC/Duke

Hi all,

Was hoping to get some advice from anyone who might have experience with either the Residency program @ UNC-Chapel Hill or the Intersnship program @ Duke. I graduate in 12/07 and plan to apply to both programs this summer for a spring '08 start. thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

I am interested in the same thing as I will be graduating in May 07. I am looking at the VA also that is next to Duke. My experience has been in surgery (Surgical tech. since 90), and would really love PACU and/or surgery. I am not a floor nurse so to speak, that is not my calling! Unfortunately we have to endure the pain of floor nursing to get where we want to be.
