Welcome to AN! The largest online nursing community.
We are happy to help with homework not we will not do it for you regardless of the urgency. I have supplied you with 2 sources of information for research topics. Maybe supply your precious topics and see if maybe they just need to be tweaked a little.

There are hundreds of thousands of researchable topics in nursing. Almost all of our standard nursing interventions are based on research.
The best advice I can give you is to choose a topic that you are interested in. It's much easier (and more fun!) to research and write about a topic that you like. So start with an area of nursing that you're interested in. Then think about how nurse's usually care for patients in that area. What standard interventions do you perform? Why? Have you ever wondered why nurses do things a certain way? Have you wondered if a different way would be better? Choose one of those topics and go online and do some preliminary research. Use websites like Cochrane, ebscohost, Medline, and google scholar to search for peer-reviewed journal articles about your topic. You should be able to find three or four articles very easily to ensure you'll have enough information for your paper. Then bring the topic and the articles that you found to your instructor for approval.
Example: For my final paper in nursing school, we had to do the same thing (a PICO research paper). I was interested in wound care, so I wanted to do my paper about something in that field. In my wound care class I had learned about the use of honey to treat burns and wounds, and that honey impregnated dressings were becoming more common. So I decided to write a paper that compared the effectiveness of honey impregnated dressings with traditionally used dressings.
