Hi, I am fairly new to this site and i figured it is the best place to ask about renewing licenses.
I have a RN license in COLORado, and it will be expiring next month,
can anyone please tell what I need to do to renew it? Are there fees or something like that?
If you have any ideas/experiences with this I would really like some help.
Thank u so much!

You can find this information on the Colorado Board of Nursing website. You can even renew online.
ok, thanks for the reply..
I have another question though, I haven't really worked as a RN ever since I got my license and i'm overseas right now in a military base, which hopefully where I would start volunteering if not working. Can I still renew it for CO? our tax returns is from my husband's home state so I can't prove residency in CO. well I haven't been there anyway.
I suggest you ask the folks at the military base where you hope to work. I'm sure they have dealt with this. And also you could email your questions regarding license renewal to the CO Board of Nursing at the link in my previous post. I would start on this right away since your license expires soon.
thank you so much! I will try and do that.
I have a question though.. if I try to endorse it to PA, will it matter that it is expiring really soon?
and what are the chances of having it get endorsed in a state like PA?
You would have to address that question to the PA Board of Nursing.

1. Since you're overseas, you probably missed your "yellow postcard". Go to: www.dora.state.co.us/registrations, click online renewal. It'll cost ya $113. When you renew, the site should address your other questions.
2. I hold a PA license as well, renew CO, and endorse to PA. It will be easier. Endorsing to PA is cake, just google their board of nursing, fill out the app, pay the fee, and mail it in. :redbeathe
