is 83 required in TOEFL in Ohio Board of Nursing for Nclex RN ?

Please Help me !!!

I got 80 in Toefl twice so not being able to get 83 for NCLEX -RN in Ohio Board. Is there any option like IELTS or other English language test that OHIO BOARD accept ?

Also, Can I appear for NCLEX RN Exam before passing toefl ? I want to appear NCLEX and report TOEFL later...is it possible???

The state will not give eligibility to sit NCLEX unless all requirements have been met. English exams accepted by the BON should be stated by the BON or on their website
