They do not finance anything, you essentially will be paying for it to the tune of abput $10,000 US per year of your contract. You are also going to have issues finding an agency that will be willing to start anything at the moment as we are expecting it to take more than five years to get a visa if you do not have anything already started and approved.

Please be aware that there is no longer any guarantee that one will ever get a green card, there are now many more applicants than there are visas available for those from your country.

I would focus on going to another country now and getting experience, we expect that to be a requirement in the future to have a couple of years of experience as an RN in a paying job. The volunteer positions are just training and considered as such when applying for a job overseas.

Please take the time to do some reading about what is going on with the retrogression at this time.
