Reporting a 1013

Does anybody know if a 1013 is required to reported to the Ga State Nursing Board?   Individual is fine now just got overwhelmed with death of her husband. Has been released to return to work but has concerns about reporting.  Been calling Ga Board but can't through.

What is the policy of the place you work? I would personally avoid reporting this if you can. You could harm the patient, and cause her to not seek help in the future. If you don't feel that she is a risk to the public, and it sounds like you don't, I don't see why you would have an ethical duty to report, and you may actually be violating her rights by doing so.
