Hi. I am getting ready to redo my report sheet and if you have any ideas or can attach of copy of yours I would really appreciate it.

HEHE,, funny you call them brain sheets. I run around the unit looking for my "brains" all the time. Sorry dont have any ideas for you, i just use our printout action sheets and add what i need. Just thought it funny you called them brain sheets. Thought i was the only one that did that. LOL
