I understand there are several travelers at both campuses at Reno Tahoe Pacific at their LTAC centers.

Can I hear from both the current and former travelers who have been there?

I understand the patient acuity runs from one end of the spectrum (a walky-talky patient with a chronic MRSA wound who is ambulatory and requires a wound vac change and an IV antibiotic, to the Vented pt with a trach and PEG, clear to a septic patient with an ART line, on drips that you are titrating, etc. Was told though that assignments are based on the acuity of the patient, so on some days I could have 5 pt's, and on others only 3.

How have your experiences been with this facility (both campuses). Would you renew your contract? Would you ever return? What questions would you have asked before you started that perhaps you didn't ask?

Finally, do they require PBDS or other tests during orientation? (Forgot to ask this one during the phone interview).
