Hi, all
I let my RN license expired three years ago in Utah because I stared working in Hawaii. Now I am moving to Maryland and I need to renew my license.
Utah and Maryland, both states belong to compact, Does it mean i can contact Maryland to renew RN license? I also need to change my name and address. I would like to renew my license with those changes together.
I googled and it seems like i can send name and address change form to utah licensing department and then, send renewal form to get those changes done all together...I am not so sure though.....
Does anyone have experience like this? I appreciate your comments!
Thank you for reading my post!

I'd contact Maryland BON and see how they advise you to proceed
Thank you for comments!
I drove to Baltimore today and stopped by Maryland BON. They told me that I need to do endorsement because I never had license in Maryland. Utah license didnt matter.
They directed me to get fingerprint and background check which was 2 minutes walk from their office. I waited an hour, there were so many people. After fingerprint, I received my tracking number and I was able to complete online endorsement. You need tracking number to complete online endorsement! Important!!
I brought official school transcript just in case but didnt needed. Some states require official transcript though..
It was $100 for endorsement and $40 for temporary license. ok...I wanted to share what happened, just in case a nurse like me need directions!
Happy New year!!
