Relocating to Arizona

Hi everyone!

I am a nursing student graduating this December, and I want to relocate to Arizona. However, I know very little about nursing in AZ, and I would love to hear from nurses in AZ about their job experience/growth. I have done a lot of research and Banner health seems like a go to place for nurses! But, I am currently from Chicago, and there are so many different hospitals around, and it seems like Arizona only has so many. Do nurses there feel that the area allows for professional growth and opportunity? Also any advice would be much appreciated!
