I would like to improve my nursing skills - it doesn't seem like there's enough time in lab to practice... I was thinking that a nursing skills video would be extremely helpful, just to help me think through the steps of each skill before practicing it on my own. As my preceptorship is in the ICU, I am looking for a video that covers a lot - PICC lines, trach care, even basic assessments (a thorough review never hurts).
Does anyone know of a reliable and comprehensive video (Youtube or other) or set of videos that would help with this?
Thanks!

Here is a series of nursing skills videos. The setting is at clinical and you follow the student while she performs the skills in front of her instructor. She explains what she is doing as she is going along. Very helpful. It is put out by Lippincott. You can right click on the videos to zoom in for full screen. Enjoy!!

Here is another set. These go from basic to advanced skills. Hover over the top bars to access videos
