Registries in LA/ pay rates for staff RN

I recently moved from the Bay Area to Pasadena and am looking for a good registry service to work for. I am interested in going to Huntington Hospital and was given the following three services: Professional Staffing, Westways, and Easy Staffing. Any ideas which might be better or other registry ideas? If possible, please include perks such as health benefits etc.

On another note- why are pay rates so low as compared to SF? It doesn't seem the housing costs are that much lower!

Welcome to So Cal. It has always been this way. One of the prices you pay for sunshine (and the chance to be "discovered" and become the next big movie star).

If you think THIS gap between cost of living and pay is bad, try living in Hawaii.
