Registration without work experience

Headline says it all. I'm troubled.

i came to nz year ago and found a boyfriend. I deciced that I wanted to stay and got work as complex caregiver. I have work Visa aswell.

my problem is that i'm RN nurse in Finland without post graduate experience. I want to be RN in New zealand. What are my options for the process? I know I need to study but how long and how much its going to be.

i searched the internet upside down to find answers, found none. Everything just says you can't register ever or you have to study 3y and pay looots of money.

i dont know what to do. I got free 3,5y education for nursing in Finland so paying 10xxx of money is not very appealing...

i wanna stay in nz but there is no point for not being able to work as RN
