Registered Psych Nurse to RN bridging options??

Based on the research I've done, seemingly all schools in Western Canada have permanently closed their RPN (registered psychiatric nurse) to RN bridging programs or advanced placement options. Has anyone had any luck in finding how a diploma RPN can become an RN without entering a full 4 year program?
