Need help, What are my options?

Well hello again about a year ago exactly i was on this very site asking questions sadly... some stuff went haywire and im probably worse off than i was last year but hey, thats life lets not play pitty party..

I have recently had to move back to southern california (woodland hills area) and ive come to realize waiting for a community RN program is a complete waste of time because if you move, you are SoL... SO heres what i would like to know..

What are some private RN schools near me (within 75 miles) that i can apply for license after completing? What are the requirements for them? and has anyone had experience with them ?

What are some private LVN options if i decided to do LVN-RN, im in a bit of a financial pickle, ive got a trust that would pay any amount for school but i dont however have a trust that will put food on my table so this might be the best option if i cant find an private school to become an RN.

Why would you be SOL if you move at a later time? Are you referring to the long wait lists for entry into a community college program? Regardless of where you go to school, you're going to need to be rooted in one place for 3-6 years to complete your education.

As for what schools are in your current area -- you have better access to that information than anyone on this forum who is not in your area. Surely you have some feel for what colleges/universities are in the local area. Open the phone book. Look online. Hint: your community has its own website, with links to local resources including higher education.

Each school which offers a nursing major will have a slightly different curriculum, different admission requirements, and different clinical experiences and sites. Choose what works best for you.
