Regis University ABSN Spring 2020

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hi Everyone,

I’m applying to Regis for the January 2020 program start. I wanted to see if anyone else is applying or has applied, and if anyone has any tips or suggestions. Or if anyone is currently in the program I’d love to hear all about it!

About me, I graduated UCSB in 2016 with double major in Communication and Global studies. I’m switching careers to nursing and will be done with all science pre reqs by June. I only have religious studies and Psych left for pre reqs. My undergrad GPA is 3.78 and my pre req GPA should be close to 4.0 (hopefully!) I also have volunteered 100 hours in the ICU. Does anyone know any admissions stats? Would love to hear any information!

And good luck to everyone applying!

I should have waited 10 minutes before my last post haha. I received my acceptance email! We have until Aug 9 to submit our deposit which is a hefty $500. Ekkk!

I was laughing because your response and the Regis email arrived at the same time!

i got in too!!! (Squeeeeeee)

Ah!! Yes I got the Regis & all nurses email notification at the same time too haha. I got accepted too!!! ?

Omg I got in too!!! Congrats everyone!

I have also applied but haven't received any indication of acceptance or being denied. Does this mean I most likely got rejected?

No, it doesn’t! They’re still pending review. I spoke to Kelly Lewis yesterday and they are not done processing applications. I highly suggest calling to f/u and check in.

Her phone number is 303-964-5083

I also have not received and acceptance or denial. I did call this morning as well, was told that there are still spots available and not all review of applications has been processed. Due to a delay some of us may not hear till mid next week so the intent of August 9th doesn't apply to us.

I was applying for 3 years and finally got acceptance letter on August 16th. So excited ! Congrats everyone!
