Regarding my employment status

Assalamualaikum.i would like to get your advise regarding my job status.my employer was asking me to submit my paper for renewal of contract.than after i have submitted my paper(credentials)and i have found my duty for the present month mentioned as termination even i have not applied for it.Asking me to go for final clearance .without giving any termination paper as well stopped my work without any notification.As i was very good and hardworking staff i find it very unfair to me this type of response from my employer on asking said to me that they dont like me as a reason.I need your suggestion in this issue.I got this job as a ministry but i have found that Iam in hop with the same benefits like moh accept the vacation days.kindly suggest me what to do as iam not willing to leave my job looking for transfer but they are not willing to transfer also..So I need your suggestion and help on this issue...
