refresher course in tx for lvn

I have let my lic. expire for 5 years. I cannot seem to find what refesher courses I need and where to get them. Can anyone help me? thanks

well it would help if i lived in austin . i live in lubbock. i found a site from bracey schools out of killeen tx. have you or anyone heard of it?

I posted the links because I am currently enrolled in the refresher course for RNs. Luckily I am in Austin but my course has nurses from all over Texas. It is run through the community college in their city. THe online course is taught through ACC with the clinical portion taking place in their city. I am sorry I don't know about the LVN course but I was hoping it might be somewhere for you to start gathering information. I am not familiar with other courses.

thanks but i talked to the state board for lvn's and it can't be done online at all. i just think there has to be something out there for lvn's..............
