Recruitment through HEE vs General Recruitment

I'm a Nurse from India, I want to know the different channels of recruitment from India to various NHS Hospitals.

I heard about some agencies recruiting via direct in person interview by NHS Hospitals and some other agencies arrange vis Skype interviews.

Also is there any difference in recruiting between direct interview and via HEE(Heath Exchange England - Earn, Learn & Return Scheme) website glp.hee.nhs.uk ?
