Recommendations for new job

I've been a nurse pretty much 10 years now. My first job was on a PCU night shift and became charge there. Then moved and got a charge position I was at for about 7 years. I've been doing travel nursing this past year. I'm planning on stopping with traveling due to family at the end of this year. My whole career I've been bedside so I'm leaning towards trying to do something away from straight bedside nursing.

I've mainly done cardiac pcu/cardiac surgery pcu for my 10 years as nursing so my first thoughts is working in the cath lab or EP lab. I'm open to really anything and am curious what people here are doing/have done that they really enjoyed. Hope all of this makes sense and have a good weekend everyone!
