Recommend clinical apps or pocket size reference please

I am starting my ICU clinical rotation for my ACNP program. Can you all give me suggestions for any useful apps and/or reference books that I can carry with me in my lab coat. I have an i-phone so I prefer apps but I don't mind carrying a pocket size book or two if you think it is worthwhile. Thanks!

lol - I still carry Maxwell's around 5 years after graduation. I too have an iPhone and somehow this little book in my lab coat pocket is comforting.

Its a good all in one book that is little, compact and has lots of info.
