recertification for cmsrn

Has anyone used the contact hour (CH) tracker on MSNCB? I did an input of all my non-AMSN CH and I'm waiting for it to be verified (or maybe it has, but it's been denied?)

I also completed my RN-BSN education and waiting and hoping I get contact hours.

I have never recertified, so if anyone has, what is the process?
