Hello Everyone!,
I am in need of advice. I graduated in May with my BSN. While very happy to have graduated I also very nervous, I have not yet gotten a job. I have interviewed for 3 different nurse residency programs in the metro Atlanta area. The first place I interview was the unit I did my role transition on the CCU. I loved this unit and really wanted to be a part of the team. I interviewed after my role transition was completed, I waited for 3 weeks to hear back. I was devastated when I found out that I did not get the job offer. All the nurses that I worked with on the unit gave me positive feedback, so not sure what happened maybe I did not do well on my interview. I then interviewed for an ICU position with a different hospital system in the area. There was a hiring manager present she again said I did well on my interview and she would pass my resume along to the ICU departments. I called yesterday the talent acquisition agent told me that none of the ICU departments were interested. I am wondering if I could get some tips on the interviewing process and if anyone would be willing to look at my resume to see if needs to be improved somewhere. I have pasted my resume below with personnel information removed. Thank you for your help

I wouldn't list clinical experience on a resume. It's not true "nursing" experience and just clutters up your resume. If you graduated from nursing school, you have student nurse clinical experiences by default.
I'd probably clean up some other things on the resume, as well. It lacks focus which detracts from the "good" parts.
